Before I met Pam I was goofing around in health clubs. Spending hours and hours with very little results. Already after 2 months working with Pam I felt and saw results. This was a big motivator.
By that time I trained with her 2-3 times per week for an hour each session.
I can only say if you want to feel better and spend your time effectively, train with Pam. She knows what she is talking about.
A training never becomes boring, you never know what to expect and she gets the maximum out of you.
Because of my work I am crossing a lot of time zones. Training with Pam and getting the right food advise from her, it totally helps me to recuperate quickly.
The only regret I have is that I did not meet her sooner. But turning 50 last year, I never felt stronger and leaner.
